Get To Know Ashli

I'm so happy you found me

Welcome and thank you for reaching out.

I’m Ashli, a Registered Nurse and the proud owner of The Mama Coach here in beautiful South Florida. While I hail from the vibrant island of Jamaica, I’ve found my home in the sunny streets of Florida, where I live alongside my adorable fur baby, Parker. Together, we love exploring new cities and basking in the warmth of the sun wherever we go!

My journey into nursing has been a heartfelt one, deeply rooted in my passion for caring for families and their little ones. Spending five meaningful years as a NICU nurse, I witnessed the incredible strength and resilience of both infants and their families. It was here that my dedication to supporting families on their parenting journey truly blossomed. Connecting with families, learning their unique stories, and helping them bond with their babies during such a challenging time fueled my drive to make a difference.

Becoming a Mama Coach felt like the most natural next step for me. Through my practice, I aim to provide unwavering support and encouragement to families embarking on their parenting adventure, especially during that precious fourth trimester. My focus is on ensuring families feel well-informed, valued, and empowered with the tools and knowledge they need to thrive during this transitional period.

One aspect that sets me apart is my commitment to personal development. I believe that by continuously growing and evolving, I can better serve my clients and provide the highest level of care and support possible. My goal is to empower families to navigate the challenges of parenthood with confidence and ease, knowing that they have a trusted ally by their side every step of the way.

Parenthood is undoubtedly a rollercoaster ride, filled with unexpected twists and turns. But do not fear,—I’m here to be your trusted guide through it all. Together, we’ll create a nurturing, peaceful environment where both you and your little ones can thrive. And let’s not forget to sprinkle in plenty of laughter along the way!

Remember, parenting is a team effort, and you don’t have to go it alone. I’m here to lend a helping hand, offer guidance, and share in the joys and challenges of this incredible journey. So, let’s roll up our sleeves and dive into this messy, beautiful journey of parenthood together. I’ve got your back every step of the way.

Frequently Asked Questions

Good question!  We are called The Mama Coach because years ago, when the brand’s founder, Carrie Bruno, had her first child, she often wondered out loud to herself, “Where is my Mama Coach?” and “I need a Mama Coach!”.  She realized then that there was a need for qualified support for new families. We recognize that our name can give the impression that we only serve moms, but we will continue to work and learn to ensure our messaging is clear that all people are welcome here.   All parents deserve qualified support, and The Mama Coach is the answer you’ve been searching for.

We do not just support those who identify as moms — we help ALL people.  All are welcome here, and we are committed to providing you with quality support, no matter your gender or family dynamic.

Yes.  As Registered Nurses, we have years of training on where to access credible guidelines and information. All of our programming is based on extensive research from credible sources.

As Registered Nurses, it is our professional obligation to manage client records and confidential information properly.  We use an Electronic Medical Record (EMR) that is compliant throughout North America.  Even though we share the same brand, we are all independent Registered Nurses with our own private practices. As such, we each have our own EMR that is private and secure. We do not share EMR or client information between one another without consent.

Often they are — the answer largely depends on where you live and what your private insurance covers.  In the United States my services can be covered through HSA or FSAs.  Reach out to me for more information.
